Menopause: Meet the Coach!

"Most doctors don't get training in menopause, it's often misdiagnosed."

"There are more than 90 symptoms for menopause!"

Karen Nebe is a 'menopause coach' and shares her experience with helping Women through menopause (and perimenopause); How to help Men deal with the situation; and what the most common symptoms are when menopause starts to happen.

Karen says that improving self-awareness has helped her to avoid being misdiagnosed when symptoms of her menopause caused emotional stress & anxiety.

ABOUT KAREN NEBE

Since 2012, Karen Nebe has been devoted to coaching, facilitating, and leading retreats. Her coach training is grounded in biology, neuroscience, and philosophy, and she remains an eager lifelong learner.

Karen works with clients in both corporate and private settings, offering coaching and support that foster growth, awareness, and meaningful change.

Through her own personal and often challenging journey with menopause, she has come to understand that menopause is not simply an “older women’s transition.” It is a neuroendocrine transition that affects the brain, nervous system, and hormones — profoundly influencing one’s sense of self, relationships, and the stories we tell ourselves.

This experience has cultivated in her a deep curiosity and commitment to researching and understanding evidence-based menopause care and education.

Karen is passionate about supporting women — both at home and in the workplace — as they navigate the menopause transition. With her extensive background in coaching and her lived experience, she feels uniquely positioned to make a meaningful impact in this often-overlooked area.
