Why Moms SHOULD Network? with 'Networking Queen' Helen Nicholson

Helen Nicholson is our guest this week, and affectionately known as South Africa's "Networking Queen." She has written two books on the topic, Networking for Introverts (2024) and Mindfulness: How to Stay Sane in an Insane World (2022).

Networking is about "intentional relationship building," she says. "We need other people to cover our weaknesses." In other words, finding people that are better at tasks and skills than we are, helps to create a vital support-circle. And, goodness, do we need a support-circle!
