IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This event is for adults, however, breastfeeding babies younger than 13 months of age are welcome. The event does not cater for children over the age of 13 months and no facilities for children will be available. 

All babies must be accompanied by an adult – no child-care service is available at this event. 

HEALTH AND SAFTEY 

A medic will be on standby at the event.  Because of the large number of guests attending the event, babies will not be allowed to crawl and explore for their own safety.  

Elana Afrika’s Parent and Baby Brunch is an adult-focused event. We do everything we can to ensure an amazing experience for all of our guests, with safety being our number one priority. 

TICKET DESCRIPTION

One ticket is sold to one adult and is only valid for one adult. All attendees must purchase and present a ticket to gain entry to the event. Mothers bringing their babies along are not required to purchase a ticket for their baby. Please ensure your ticket purchased from WebTickets is printed or available on your phone. The code on the tickets will be scanned at registration. 

Unfortunately, there are no ticket sales at the door. 

WHAT DOES MY TICKET INCLUDE?

Your ticket includes a fun and informative event program, brunch with coffee, tea and juice, a goodie bag packed with exciting products and a pamper station by Epimax.

A full bar will be available on the day for your own account.

GOODIE BAG

Only one goodie bag per person. No ticket, no goodie bag. You have to attend in order to receive your goodie bag.

SEATING

The seating arrangement will be conference style. You might have to park your pram/buggy if you brought one along.  

WHAT IF I REQUIRE DISABLED SEATING?

The venue does have wheelchair access options as well as wheelchair access restrooms.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

You are welcome to dress in what makes you feel beautiful and comfortable for breastfeeding, if necessary. 

If it is chilly on the day, the venue will provide heating indoors. 

WHAT ARE THE CLOAKROOM FACILITIES? 

The venue has beautifully appointed restrooms with nappy changing facilities. 

DOES THE BRUNCH MENU CATER FOR SPECIFIC REQUESTS? 

There will be Halaal and Kosher meals available on request. The menu to be served will include vegetarian as well as meat options.

Parents in attendance with their babies must please bring along their own snacks and meals for their little one. 

CAN WE BRING FOOD AND DRINK INTO THE SHOW?

Parents are allowed to bring snacks, meals and milk for babies under the age of 13 months. 

WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT BEGIN?

Registration opens at 08:15 and the event program will begin promptly at 08:45. 

WHEN WILL THE SHOW FINISH?

The event should end by 13:45 

IS THERE A BREAK IN THE PROGRAM?

Yes, the break in the program is time for everyone to enjoy brunch.

CAN I PARK AT THE VENUE?

Parking is available at the venue. Please make sure your cars are locked.

ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

All tickets purchased are strictly non-refundable.

WILL I BE FILMED?

Baby Brunch cameras will be on the ground at the event filming official content for our TV channel, website and social media. Feel free to join in on the action with your own photos and videos on social media. The footage will be used on babybrunch.co.za
